Ensuring you have a pleasant stay

It is important to us that your stay in our SEIN clinic is as pleasant as possible. With this in mind we ask you to abide by certain codes of conduct.

General conduct: At the clinic we treat everyone with respect.

Smoking, alcohol and drugs: At the clinic we operate a ban on smoking, alcohol and drugs. Anyone who is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be denied access to the clinic.

Use of telephones: You may use your mobile phone in the general areas, but we ask you to keep this use to a minimum as it may disturb others.

Camera policy and privacy rules: Use is made of cameras at SEIN. For a detailed explanation you can consult SEIN’s camera policy and privacy rules.

Visiting: Visitors are very welcome. Visiting arrangements may differ from one department and site to another. Please ask the nurse in the department concerned for details.

Video and audio recording: You may take photos and make video clips, but you are not permitted to include fellow patients, visitors, doctors, nurses and other health professionals in them.

Loss, damage or theft: SEIN cannot accept any responsibility for loss, damage or theft of your personal property. We are obliged to report any threatening behaviour, theft, vandalism and violence to the police.

Animals: Guide dogs and support dogs are welcome.

Emergencies: In the event of an emergency occurring while you are in the clinic or its grounds, you must follow the instructions given by our staff.
