Diagnosis and treatment plan

Once you have completed your second opinion programme at SEIN you will receive a final diagnosis. This diagnosis is based on the test results, observation and seizure detection and expert opinion of the multidisciplinary team at SEIN.

The diagnosis and treatment plan will be discussed during the final meeting with the neurologist. A translator can be present during this meeting to facilitate communication.

An evaluation form will be sent to you by e-mail within 14 days of your stay at SEIN. Please take your time to complete this evaluation form. We rely on your feedback to continue to improve the care and treatment provided.

In addition, if the physician’s details are known to SEIN then they  will also receive a copy of the final diagnosis and treatment plan. This will be discussed with the physician so that the SEIN team can monitor the implementation of the treatment plan in the background.
